【摘要】 目的:了解护理学专业大学生维生素A营养水平.方法:采用YA-Ⅱ型暗适应计测185名学生暗适应时间.结果:维生素A不足者28人,占15.1%,未发现夜盲症.结论:大多数学生维生素A营养状况正常,但少数学生维生素A不足,应注意调整膳食结构,增加富含维生素A食物的摄入.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the nutritional level of Vitamin A on students majoring in nursing.Methods:The dark adaptation time of 185 students was measured with YA-Ⅱ type dark adaptometer.Results:38 students were deficient in Vitamin A and accounted for 15.1%.Nobody suffered from night blindness.Conclusion:The nutritional status of Vitamin A for most students was normal.But minor students is short of Vitamin A,who should adjust their dietary compositions and increase intake of food rich in Vitamin A.更多还原
