3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸苯胺加合物的合成与晶体结构表征
Synthesis and Characterization of Adduct 3,4,5-trihydroxy-benzoicacid and Aniline
【摘要】 合成了3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸苯胺晶体,用X-射线单晶衍射试验方法测定了3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸苯胺加合物的晶体结构,晶体属于三斜晶系,P-1空间群,晶胞系数a=6.365(3),b=8.327(4),c=12.237(5),α=105.850(6),β=92.248(6),γ=100.495(6),v=610.7(4)nm3,z=2,Dr=1.431Mg/cm3,F(000)=276,μ(Mo Kα)=0.111mm-1,结构由直接法解出,最终偏离因子为R1=0.0714,R2=0.0521,wR1=0.1332,wR2=0.1215,加合物通过分子间氢键形成层状结构.并用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和碳谱进行了表征.加合物中两个分子之间靠弱的π-π作用形成超分子结构.
【Abstract】 A compound of 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoicacid and aniline was synthesized.Its composition and structure were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR) and X-ray single crystal diffraction.The results show that the adduct(C13H13NO5),)belongs to triclinic system and space group PI,with unit cell constants a=6.365(3),b=8.327(4),c=12.237(5),α=105.850(6),β=92.248(6),γ=100.495(6),v=610.7(4)nm3,z=2,Dr=1.431Mg/cm3,F(000)=276,μ(Mo Kα)=0111mm-1,R1=0.0714,wR1=0.1332,R2=0.0521,wR2=0.1215.Its fluorescent properties were investigated.
