合成高光催化活性的锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米晶
Preparation of High Photocatalytic Activity Anatase Titanium Dioxide Nanocrystals
【摘要】 本文采用新方法制备了具有高光催化性能的锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米晶,以钛酸四丁酯为原料、冰醋酸为抑制剂,通过缓慢水解,紫外光辐射诱导,低温热处理晶化等手段来控制产物晶粒尺寸和分散性.样品经粉末XRD、TEM、氮气吸附等手段进行了表征.结果表明,经过紫外线辐射后,在较低的温度(300℃)下热处理获得了晶化度较好,晶粒尺寸微小(6.7 nm),分散性好,高比表面的锐钛矿型TiO2纳米晶,对罗丹明B溶液的脱色具有与P25相近的光催化活性,400℃热处理获得钛矿型TiO2纳米晶的光降解性能高于P25.
【Abstract】 A novel approach was employed in the synthesis of photocatalytic activity anatase titania(TiO2) nanocrystals by sol-gel process with titanium n-butoxide(Ti(OR)4) was used as a titanium source and acetic acid(HAc) was used as moderate agent.Ultraviolet light irradiation was used in the preparation process and which evidently accelerated the formation of anatase phase.Amorphous titania nanoparticles can be transformed into crystalline anatase phase at lower calcination temperature in this photoassisted sol-gel method. The products were investigated by XRD,TEM and BET.The results demonstrate that TiO2 nanoparticles have small grain size,better dispersion and higher specific surface area.And it had higher photocatalytic activity than P25 TiO2 wich Rhodamine B degradation reaction at ultraviolet light irradiation.
