【摘要】 目的:明确数字化成像技术在下肢静脉疾患诊断中的应用价值.方法:利用GE公司9800型数字减影机,于2003-2005年间行70例共80条顺行性下肢静脉造影.结果:经造影X线表现正常14条占(17.5%),单纯浅静脉瓣功能不全5条占(6.3%),交通静脉瓣膜关闭功能不全有30肢体占(37.5%).深静脉瓣膜功能不全33条占(41.3%),深静脉血栓形成28条占(35%).结论:利用数字化成像行顺行静脉造影简便安全,创伤少,图像清晰,细节丰富,能为临床提供准确的诊治信息,可作为诊治下肢静脉疾病的首选方法,值得推广.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical value of digital subtraction venography for the diagnosis of venous diseases of lower limb.Methods:From 2003 to 2005,there were 70 cases,totally 80 limbs were carried out anterograde venography of lower limb vein by the digital subtraction of GE 9800.Results:14 lower limbs were found nomal(17.5%);there were 5 lower limbs(6.3%) with simple valvular insufficiency of shallow vein of lower limb;30 perforating venous insufficiency(37.5%);33 lower limbs(41.3%) with primary valvular insufficiency of deep vein of lower limb;28 lower limbs(35%)with sequel of thrombosis of deep vein.Conclusion:Anterograde venography is a simple,safe,slight wound,accurate method,and it may be the best method for diagnosis of lower limb diseases.更多还原
