【Abstract】 A improved SDS method was used to extract genome DNA from transgenic hybrid wheatgrass(Agropyron cristatum×A.desertorum cv.’Hycrest-Mengnong’).This method had the advantages of rapid,high efficient and economics.The DNA quality can match the need of molecule-biology operation,such as PCR analysis and Southern analysis for transgenic plants.更多还原
