【摘要】 以牛心朴子草为原料,研究了采用大孔吸附树脂吸附和分离牛心朴子草提取液中生物碱的方法和条件.研究结果表明,AB-8大孔吸附树脂对生物碱有较好的吸附能力,酸度对其吸附有影响;AB-8大孔吸附树脂对生物碱的吸附能力在pH=2左右时比其它酸度条件下更强;乙醇浓度为70%时解吸效果最好.更多还原

【Abstract】 Cynanchum Komarovii Al.Iljinski is used as the raw material to be studied for the condition and method of adsorbing and refining alkaloid.In several types of Macro-porous resin tested,the results show that the adsorbing ability of AB-8 type is the best and acidity can influence the adsorbing ability.At pH=2 AB-8 type Macro-porous resin has the greatest adsorbing ability.The concentration of alcohol can influence the desorption.When the concentration of alcohol is 70%,the desorption is the most effective.更多还原
