【摘要】 通过探讨和谐社会和社会主义新农村的内涵,提出了基于和谐社会理念的新农村概念,并分析了建设和谐新农村的重要意义。为了考核和谐农村建设的成果,本文基于“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”20字方针构建了评价和谐新农村的评价指标体系,最后简要介绍了评价指标体系层次分析法的运用步骤。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the core of harmonious society and new socialist countryside is discussed.Then the concept of new socialist countryside based on harmonious society is put forward and the inportance of building new harmonious society is analyzed.In order to check up the building performance of new socialist countryside,the index system of new harmonious socialist countryside is set up based on 20-word guideline.Finally,the AHP procedure to analyze the index system is introduced briefly.更多还原
