【摘要】 目的探讨面罩无创正压机械通气(NIPPMV)治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法观察16例经过常规治疗效果不佳的COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者应用NIPPMV治疗前、24h后临床疗效及血气变化。结果所有患者经无创机械通气治疗后病情明显好转,动脉血pH值恢复正常,动脉血PaO2高于NIPPMV治疗前水平(P<0.05),PaCO2低于NIPPMV治疗前水平(P<0.05)。结论无创正压通气对于COPD合并呼吸衰竭是一种切实有效的治疗措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of non-invasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation (NIPPMV) in the treatment of patients with chronic obstruction lung disease (COPD) combining type II respiratory failure.Methods The clinical therapeutic effect was observed and blood gas was analyzed before and 24hrs after NIPPMV for 16 patients with COPD plus type II respiratory failure who were not susceptible to routine therapy.Results All patients resumed gradually and felt better and their artery blood pH, partial pressure of O2 and CO2 nearly returned to normal after treatment(P<0.05) .Conclusion Non-invasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation is an effect way for treating COPD combining with respiratory failure.更多还原
