【摘要】 目的探讨肺癌组织及癌旁正常肺组织中心钠素、分泌型IgA、铁蛋白、DNA聚合酶、血管内皮生长因子的含量。方法应用放射免疫法测定39例肺癌和癌旁正常肺组织中心钠素、分泌型IgA、铁蛋白、DNA聚合酶、血管内皮生长因子5种肿瘤标志物含量。结果5种肿瘤标志物在肺癌组织中的含量均高于癌旁正常肺组织,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.001)。结论肺癌细胞具有产生物质的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the amounts of atrial natriuretic peptide,SIgA,ferritin,DNA-pol,vascular endothelial growth factor in lung cancer tissue and normal lung tissue besides lung cancer.Method 5 kinds of tumour markers were determined with radio-immune method:atrial natriuretic peptide,SIgA,ferritin,DNA-pol,vascular endothelial growth factor in lung cancer of 39 patients.Result All of these tumour markers in lung cancer tissue were remarkably higher than that in normal tissue besides lung cancer(P<0.001).Conclisoin It indicates that the cancer cells can produce these kinds of tumour markers.更多还原
