【摘要】 早泄(PE)是一种常见的性功能障碍疾病,但对其产生机制尚不完全了解。近年来由于NO在男性勃起机制作用的研究和选择性PDE5抑制剂西地那非在勃起功能障碍中的成功应用,PE的研究更显滞后。目前关于其病因、机制、诊断和治疗等方面的研究已取得了较大进展。选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSR Is)治疗PE已广泛应用于临床,而其不良反应也日益增多。现介绍PE的流行病学、定义、病因、发病机制以及治疗等方面的最新进展,希望对PE的诊断和治疗能提供一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Premature ejaculation is a common but incompletely understood male sexual dysfunction.Recent years have witnessed fruitful researches on NO in the mechanism of male ejaculation and successful application of selective PDE5 inhibitor in the treatment of male sexual dysfunction.And now the researches on the etiopathogenisis,mechanism,diagnosis and therapy of premature ejaculation have achieved great development.Selective seralonin re-uptake inhibitors(SSRIs) have been widely applied to clinical practice,but with increasing adverse effects.The purpose of the review is to introduce the updated development of the epidemiology,definition,etiopathogenisis,mechanism and therapy of premature ejaculation,and to provide some reference for the diagnosis and management of the problem.更多还原
