【摘要】 陕西充分发挥农业科技较强的优势,搭建科研基础平台,创新农业科技推广体系,建立多元化资金投入机制和管理机制,全省农业科技创新取得长足发展。文章在分析全省农业科技成果转化率低、资金投入不足、体制落后等诸多问题的基础上,提出科技创新的基本思路和发展方向,以及深化农业科技体制改革,构建支撑现代农业发展的创新环境,建立新型农业科技创新体系,加快农业科技创新平台建设,加大农业技术和智力引进,加强农业科技工作的组织领导等对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Advantages of agricultural science and technology superiority were fully taken and research platform built up in Shaanxi province. The agricultural science and technology extension system was innovated and multi-funds input and management system established. Therefore, great progress of agricultural science and technology innovation has made. After problems of low transformation rates of science achievements, shortage of fund input and backward systems being analyzed, the basic thoughts and developing direction of science and technology innovation were put forward in the paper. Some suggestions were proposed, that is, deepening the reform of agricultural research system, establishing the environment of innovation for modern agriculture, creating newly agricultural science and technology innovation system, speeding up the construction of innovation platform, strengthening introduction of agricultural technology and intellectual, and strengthening the organizing and leading of agricultural science and technology works.更多还原
