【Abstract】 Peasants-worker’s rights and interests are encroached on seriously by the duality-census-register-system discrimination based on the rural-urban dualization policy.The household register system has been reformed for many times but little effect has been produced.In order to get rid of the household register discrimination,three relevant institutions should be set up according to peasantworkers’ three different employment links(before,during and after employment ).And each institution has a certain number of operation regulations.更多还原
