【Abstract】 Agricultural sustainable development is one of research focus in agricultural economy in China. In this paper, theoretical framework, model, path, support system of agricultural sustainable development and regional agriculture development are reviewed, advance coordinating resource, environment, economy and society, transiting government functions and increasing policy support to improve it,its fundamental way is technological innovation and institutional innovation .
