基于PWM控制的变量喷药技术体系及流量控制试验研究
Study on Variable Rate Spraying Technology Based on Pulse Width Modulation and Volume Control
【摘要】 以精准农业技术理论和研究为基础,讨论了我国喷药实施现状,分析了传统喷药技术的弊端,并提出了基于国产变量喷药机的PWM变量控制技术。变量控制系统包括脉宽调制(PWM)电磁阀、变量控制器及以地理信息系统为核心的变量实施上位计算机。通过试验证明,采用PWM方法实现变量喷药,流量控制范围可达到4:1,基于PWM的变量喷药控制方法符合变量喷药机对流量控制要求。
【Abstract】 This article is based on the technology and theory of precision agriculture. It sets forth the variable rate control method based on pulse width modulation which is used on the sprayer in China by discussing the actuality of the variable rate spraying in china and analyzing the disadvantage of the traditional variable spraying technique. This variable rate control system consists of PWM driven solenoids, variable rate controller and the executive software based on GIS maps .It gets the conclusion from large numbers of tests that the PWM method can accord with the requirement on volume control for variable rate sprayer and realize the flow control range of 4:1.
