【Abstract】 The paper summarizes the purpose and meaning to research the fruit grader, introduces the sorting principle of the kinds of fruit grader and its researching actuality, especially the application of computer vision in fruit inspecting. At the same time, it introduces corresponding methods of fruit inspecting, aim at every inspecting index of fruit quality.
