【摘要】 4GL-120型水稻收割机自推广以来,在黑龙江省各水稻市县、国营农场及辽宁、吉林等地得到了广泛应用,但是在使用过程中,发现其效率较低、辅层较薄、不利于成捆、铁制地轮的防陷能力较差、粘泥挂草。为此,针对所存在的问题进行分析研究,提出了改进方案,并对机组的受力平衡,割台对地面的正压力,扶手上的力及整机的功率分配进行分析研究,为整机的改进设计提供了理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 4GL-120 type paddy rice harvester has been widely applied in all kind of paddy rice planting cities and counties,state-operated farms in Heilongjiang province and in Jilin province since it popularized,but in the using progress,it discovered that the machine’s efficiency is low,the adjuvant layer is sallow,bale strapping is very hard,the land wheel that is made of iron with the prevention from sinking into mud’s capability is poor,it often sticks the mud and hangs up the grass.For the occasion,according to all exist problems go along the analysis and research,put forward the improved precepts,and analysis and research on the weighted balance of assembly,the cutting table to the ground’s positive pressure,distribution of the handrail force and the whole machine’s power,and provides the theoretical meaning for the improved design of the whole machine.更多还原
