【摘要】 我国应用三七的历史已有400多年,在三七的栽培、药理作用方面具有丰富的经验。随着科技的发展,传统的根据产地和感观指标标准来评价三七指标已难以适应社会的需要,对三七的评价指标已扩大为标准的规格大小、有效成分含量、农药残留量及重金属含量等多项指标来综合考虑和计定。在新的形式下,使用机械化干燥最大限度地保证三七的品质、提高等级和减少污染是三七干燥过程中迫切需要解决的问题。为此,介绍了文山三七的干燥作业现状,对三七的干燥机理进行了分析,并对三七的干燥方法进行了探讨,提出了目前干燥三七最适宜的方法和实现三七干燥机械化的构想。更多还原

【Abstract】 There have been the history of more than 400 years about people ‘s application of noto-ginseng in our country. They have had rich experience about planting for noto-ginseng and medicine effect of noto-ginseng .With the development of science and technology, traditional standard based on the place and the feeling has hardly meet the needs of society .Now the standard for evaluating noto-ginseng has extended to the several standard such as size , the content of active ingredient , the measurement of pesticide remains, the heavy metals content...etc and considered them comprehensively, accounted and settled it. Under new situation, dry the noto-ginseng by mechanization; it is the problem to be solved urgently in the dry process of noto-ginseng for getting the better quality of noto-ginseng, raising the grade and reducing the pollution. This paper has introduced present condition on the dry method of noto-ginseng in WENSHAN, put some analysis of principle on the drying machine of noto-ginseng and carried on the study about the dry method of noto-ginseng. In addition, we have put forward the most suitable dry method and equipment, also the conception of mechanization for drying the noto-ginsen.更多还原
