旋转式分插机构运动干涉因素的研究
Study on the Factors of Motive Interference for Rotary Transplanting Mechanism
【摘要】 旋转式分插机构的运动干涉检查是在机构满足插秧作业的运动学和机构的动力学参数优化的基础上,进行选择最优参数的设计步骤。为此,根据非圆齿轮行星轮系旋转式分插机构的运动学模型,建立了栽植臂机构运动干涉点的位移模型,运用正交试验设计的方法对干涉因素进行了分析,提出了影响旋转式分插机构运动干涉的5个因素的主次顺序,为该机构的优化设计及其运动干涉检查提供了依据。
【Abstract】 Based on the kinematics of fulfilling transplanting and parameters optimization of dynamics, the check of motion interference for rotary transplanting mechanism is the process of choosing the optimal parameters. In this paper the displacement model of transplanting mechanism motion interference was set up by the use of the kinematics model of the transplanting mechanism of noncircular gear system. And the five interferential factors and were analyzes by the orthogonal experimental plans. What we have mentioned above provides the basis for optimizing the design of rotary transplanting mechanism and checking the motive interference.
