【摘要】 固体农业物料的流变特性在生产、质量控制和发展新产品中起着重要的作用。为此,选用了4个品种的马铃薯,对每个品种3个不同部位的块茎组织进行了泊松比的测量研究。采用图像处理的方法获得马铃薯试样的横向和纵向尺寸,测得了不同品种及品种内3个不同区间的泊松比值,为马铃薯流变特性的研究提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The solid agricultural material’s changing characteristic plays a important role in the production, the quality controlling and developing the new production.
