基于人工神经网络的秸秆螺旋挤压成形机系统建模

【摘要】 秸秆螺旋挤压成形机理比较复杂,系统模型难以进行描述。为此,以物料含水率、螺杆头部与喷孔的出口间隙、物料的粒度为输入样本,生产率为输出样本,利用BP神经网络,建立了秸秆螺旋挤压成形机的系统模型。仿真结果表明:训练好的网络模型具有较高的精度,可以对特定条件进行输出预测,为系统参数优化提供参考。

【Abstract】 The spiral extrusion for corps straw is comparably complicated, and the modeling of system is very difficult to describe. System model of extruder for crop straw was established with straw moisture content, clearance between screw and nozzle, straw size as the input, and with productivity as the output by neural network. The simulation result indicates that trained network has relatively high precision, and can make prediction to specified condition. Therefore the network model can provide references for optimization of system parameters.
