【摘要】 本文通过对农村家庭收入的五等分情况和30个省份的农村家庭对高等教育费用的承受能力分析,发现我国80%的农村家庭对高等教育费用缺乏承受能力。2005年的数据表明,我国只有7个省份的农村居民能够承受目前的高等教育费用。为此,文章认为应该控制学费上涨,并对不同地区、不同收入家庭采取不同的学费政策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis on rural family’s five different equal classes by income and the affordability to advanced education for rural families in 30 provinces,the authors find that 80% rural families can’t afford the advanceed education.Data in 2005 indicates that only rural residents in 7 provinces can afford current advanced education.And thus,the paper suggests that the government should control the rise of tuition, charge different tuition accord to different regions and different family income classes,and perfect education aid policy,so that the students from rural family can complete their advanceed education更多还原
