【摘要】 目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者血浆生长激素释放肽(ghrelin)水平的变化及意义。方法:选取从2005年12月至2006年11月期间在我院睡眠监测中心初次就诊的男性患者50例,根据呼吸暂停低通气指数(AH I)及体质量指数(BM I)分为OSAHS组(30例,OSAHS并肥胖患者)和单纯肥胖者组(20例,单纯肥胖者)。另选取健康成人20例,设为对照组。所有受试者均接受多导睡眠仪监测,采用放射免疫法测定血浆ghrelin含量。结果:OSAHS组血浆ghrelin水平显著高于单纯肥胖组及正常对照组[分别为(652.8±68.3)、(266.2±54.3)、(47.22±6.82)pg.m l-1,P<0.01]。OSAHS组血浆ghrelin水平与AH I呈正相关(r=0.694,P<0.01),与最低血氧饱和度(LSaO2)、平均血氧饱和度(MSaO2)呈负相关(r分别为-0.646、-0.673,P<0.01)。OSAHS组血浆ghrelin水平与BM I无相关性(r=0.041,P>0.05)。结论:OSAHS患者血浆ghrelin水平增高,且与其严重程度相关,与BM I无相关性,ghrelin可能在OSAHS的发生发展过程中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate plasma ghrelin level in patients with OSAHS.Method Thirty untreated OSAHS patients,20 simple obese patients,chosen from the male patients in our hospital and classified according their apnea-hypopnea index(AHI) and body mass index(BMI),and 20 controls were enrolled in the study.All the subjects underwent standard polysomnography in our sleep disorder center and determination of ghrelin by radioimmunoassay.Results Significantly higher plasma ghrelin level was found in OSAHS patients [(652.8±68.3)pg·ml-1] than that in obese patients[(266.2±54.3)pg·ml-1,P<0.01] and in the controls[(472.2±68.2)pg·ml-1,P<0.01].Plasma ghrelin level in patients with OSAHS was significantly correlated positively with AHI(r=0.694,P<0.01),but negatively correlated with the lowest oxygen saturation(LSaO2)(r=-0.646,P<0.01) and the mean oxygen saturation(MSaO2)(r=-0.673,P<0.01).BMI in the OSAHS group and the obese group did not correlate significantly with the ghrelin levels(r=0.041,P>0.05).Conclusion The plasma ghrelin levels in OSAHS patients are increased,correlating with the severity of OSAHS,but not with BMI,which suggest that ghrelin might play a role in the development of OSAHS.更多还原
