胃癌细胞中活性氧的变化及意义

【摘要】 目的:研究胃癌细胞中活性氧的变化及其对细胞增殖、凋亡的影响。方法:取新鲜胃癌标本30例,应用流式细胞仪测定活性氧及细胞周期,并与癌旁胃组织进行比较。结果:胃癌细胞中活性氧、细胞增殖及凋亡较癌旁胃组织均有显著增高(P<0.01)。结论:活性氧的增加可能在胃癌的发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the the changes of reactive oxygen species in gastric cancer cell and its value on proliferation and apoptosis.Methods With flow cytometry,reactive oxygen species,apoptosis and hyperproliferation were detected in 30 fresh specimens from gastric cancer cells and adjacent normal tissues.Results Reactive oxygen species,apoptosis and hyperproliferation in gastric cancer cells were all significantly higher those in adjacent normal tissues.Conclusion Reactive oxygen species plays an important role in the development of gastric cancer.
