江苏水域7种重要养殖鱼类的同工酶分析

【摘要】 采用垂直板不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,研究了江苏水域7种重要养殖鱼类肌肉的数种同工酶(LDH、EST、MDH、ME、ADH、GDH和POX),对这些酶在各鱼种表达的位点与酶带分别作了分析.根据所统计的位点和酶带数目计算出6种鲤科鱼间遗传距离和相似性系数.聚类分析显示,青鱼、草鱼与鲢、鳙先分别汇聚,然后再汇聚成一个单元,团头鲂与翘嘴红鲌汇聚成一个单元,最后这两个单元汇聚在一起,这与分类学结论一致.本文还讨论了各种鱼同工酶酶谱差异、江苏水域重要养殖鱼类资源状况以及鳜和翘嘴红鲌不同种群间酶谱异同.

【Abstract】 The patterns of expression in seven multilocus isozymic systems,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),Esterase(EST),malate dehydrogenase(MDH),malic enzyme(ME),alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH),glutamate dehydrogenase(GDH) and peroxidase(POX) about seven kinds of important fishes in Jiangsu are investigated.The spots and enzyme belts are analyzed.Genetic distance and the similar coefficient of six kinds of Cyprinidae fish are calculated based on the number of spots and enzyme belts.The result of UPGMA is that Mylopharynodon piceus with Ctenophayngodon idellus cluster,and Hypophthalmichthys molitrix with Aristichthys nobilis cluster,these two groups form a unit.Finally,this unit joins in the other unit to form Megalobrama amblycephala and Erythroculter ilishaeformis.The phylogenetic relationship is consistent with the result of taxonomy.The differences of enzyme spectrums in the seven fishes,the genetic resource conditions of these important agricultured fishes,and the difference of enzyme spectrum in Erythroculter ilishaeformis and Siniperca chuatsi from different populations are also discussed in this article.
