铈钴复合氧化物的制备及表征
Preparation and Characterization of Cesium and Cobalt Complex Oxide
【摘要】 以硝酸钴和硝酸铈、EDTA等为基本原料,采用水热合成法制备出前驱体,前驱体经高温煅烧获得铈钴复合氧化物粉体.然后运用TG-DTA、XRD、SEM、FT-IR等检测手段对前驱体及产物的物性和结构进行表征,结果表明:在本实验条件下,前驱体具有一定的抗烧结能力;高温时CeO2的XRD衍射峰峰位向小角度移动,钴元素已掺入到CeO2的晶格之中,形成了铈钴复合氧化物,是一种优良的软磁性材料.
【Abstract】 The predecessor bulk is made from the elementary crude material such as cobalt nitrate,EDTA and so on,with the method of hydro-thermal synthesis.Then the predecessor is formed into the compound oxide of cobalt and cesium after incineration at high temperature.The physical property and structure of the predecessor bulk and product can be detected by some methods,for example TG-DTA,XRD,SEM and so on.The result indicates that the predecessor bulk has the ability of resistance to agglomeration in the condition of the experiment.At the high temperature,the peak of XRD diffraction maximum moves towards a small angle.So the cobalt element is doped into the crystal lattice of CeO2,and nanometer compound oxide of cobalt and cesium is formed.It is a good soft magnetic material.
