专用平衡机检定方法研究

【摘要】 在动平衡机的检定标准中对于通用动平衡机的检定作出相应详细的说明,而对专用动平衡机的检定,要求参照通用动平衡机的检定进行.随着动平衡机的广泛使用,尤其是专用平衡机的大量出现,其检定显然是无法可依的.所以依据动平衡原理结合通用动平衡机检定的方法.抓住平衡机检定的核心:最小可达剩余不平衡量e0、不平衡减少率URR.通过测试的方法,可先测出平衡机的最小可达剩余不平衡量,然后通过这个结果计算校验的试重,再验证平衡机的最小可达剩余不平衡量是否合格.通过圆图表法确定平衡机的不平衡减少率,得到平衡机在方位指示的准确度.

【Abstract】 It devises detailed explanation for verifying of common balancing machine in verifying standards,but verifying of special balancing machines needs referring to common ones.By widely using of balancing machine,especially special ones,most special balancing machines cannot be verified by rules.According to dynamic balancing principles combined with methods of verifying of common balancing machines,the essentials of the verifying are obtained: minimum reachable remain counterbalance e0 and unbalancing reducing rate URR.The minimum reachable remaining counterbalance can be measured by test,then the checkout’s testing weight can be reckoned,and it can be validated if the checkout of minimum reachable remain counterbalance of the machine is up to grade or not.Ensuring unbalancing reducing rate by allowing circle graphology,then the azimuth indicatory exactitude of balancing machine is gained.
