【摘要】 基于I-PAT模型以及城市系统人口与环境的作用机制,筛选10个变量综合反映南京市人口与环境协调发展的程度。利用不确定多属性决策技术分析得出:20世纪90年代以来南京市人口与环境协调发展指数不断增大。虽然技术进步对南京市人口与环境的协调发展贡献较大,但是未来南京市人口与环境协调发展的出发点应是加大人力资本积累和推进产业结构转换。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper chooses ten variables to explain the situation of balanced development between population and environment (P & E) in Nanjing, based on the model of I-PAT and the interacting mechanism between P & E of the metropolitan system. According to the uncertain multiple attribute decision-making analysis, the paper deduces that the index of the development in Nanjing has been growing since 1990s. Though the innovation of technology is making great contribution to the index, the key point of the development in future Nanjing is to accelerate the accumulation of human capital and the transition of the industrial structures.更多还原
