【Abstract】 With the help of Goldkey programs,homology of papA gene between human Escherichia coli and avian Escherichia coli was compared and analysed.Similarity of papA gene and amino acid sequence encoded by papA are 82.5% and 83.7% respectively,and the signal sequence of the human Escherichia coli is the same as that of avian Escherichia coli.Similar secondary structure exists between them.更多还原
