【摘要】 运用RAPD技术比较建鲤雌雄之间的遗传差异,以筛选性别相关的DNA分子标记。共筛选出67个RAPD随机引物,其中18个引物扩增出了群体水平的性别差异。用该18个引物对个体样本进行分析,发现某些条带在不同性别出现的频率存在显著差异,未发现个体水平性别特有条带。更多还原

【Abstract】 RAPD technique was used to screen out sex-related DNA markers through comparing DNA differences between male and female of Jian Carp(Cyprinus carpio var.jian).Total 67 random primers were selected in RAPD analysis.Sex differentiations of population level were found in 18 primers.When the above 18 primers were applied into RAPD analysis of individual level,significant differences of gene frequency were found between male and female individuals in some loci.No sex-specific bands were found in individual level.更多还原
