半仿生法提取中药新促孕液分煎合煎方式的优选

【摘要】 将新促孕液的4种组分药排列成15种组合,分别用半仿生法提取,以成品药液的淫羊藿苷、小檗碱、总生物碱和干浸膏的含量以及高效液相色谱图中成分峰的总积分面积为指标综合判定提取效果。结果表明,以黄柏与淫羊藿合煎,益母草与红花合煎,然后合并的提取方式最佳。

【Abstract】 Fifteen combinations of new fertility-promoting intrauterine infusion liquid(NFPL)by semi-bionic extraction,were(arranged) with 4 kinds of component crude drugs and extracted respectively by semi-bionic extraction.The extractive effects were compared according to the contents of epimedium glycoside,berberine,total alkaloid and dry extract and total integral area of(component) peaks of HPLC figures in the officinal liquid.The results showed that the best combinative mode was to blend two mixed decoctions after phellodendron bark and epimedium were decocted together and so did motherwort and safflower.
