【摘要】 采用不同的扦插基质、不同浓度的激素处理母猪果插穗,研究不同的扦插基质、激素处理、扦插时间及插穗部位对母猪果插穗生根效果的影响。结果表明:影响母猪果插穗生根的主导因素是扦插基质,其次是激素种类;扦插基质以珍珠岩与泥炭的混合基质插穗生根效果最好(珍珠岩与泥炭体积比3∶2);激素则以IBA最佳,处理方法为IBA(100mg/kg)处理3h;选用基部插穗不仅生根率高,而且根系发达粗壮;母猪果的最佳扦插时间是12月。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of various matrixes, concentration of rooting accelerant, cuttage time as well as inarch from different part of tree to treat the inarch of Helicia nilagrica Bedd were studied. The result showed that the dominant factor was the matrix material, the next was different kind of hormone. The best matrix material was perlite and turf mixture(3∶2). The best hormone category was IBA. The treatment method was to use IBA(100 mg/kg) for 3 hours treatment. The best inarch was from the base part of the tree and which not only had higher rootage but also thick roots. The best inarch season was December. This study result also can be used for nature resources utilization as a basic reference.更多还原
