人造板热压参数检测系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 采用虚拟仪器和图形编程语言LabVIEW开发设计了人造板热压参数测试系统,该系统集数据采集、分析、实时显示于一体,实现了热压过程多参数的同步检测,提高了检测效率的计算精度,为人造板热压工艺的制定和优化提供了手段。

【Abstract】 In the wood-based panel industry,hot-pressing is one of the most important processes which are highly related to the panel quality.Local internal-mat conditions of temperature,moisture content,stress history,and gas pressure influence wood densification,adhesive cure,and the subsequent panel properties.A measuring system for wood-based panel hot-pressing which was designed and developed based on virtual instrument and LabVIEW graphic program language were introduced.This system provides a flexible and powerful tool for real-time measuring the internal-mat environment during wood-based panel hot-pressing,and can be very useful in parameter setting and optimizing.
