高产酒精酵母Co-158发酵条件的研究

【摘要】 对经60Co诱变筛选得到的高产酒精酵母Co-158菌株发酵条件进行研究。实验结果表明,适宜接种量为接种后发酵液的含菌数为2×107cfu/mL。菌株适宜发酵温度为36℃、适宜生长pH为4.5,温度和接种量对发酵影响较大,而pH影响较小。

【Abstract】 The fermenting conditions of high-yield alcohol yeast strain Co-158 (screened by 60Co mutation) were studied. The results showed that the optimum fermentation temperature of such strain was at 36℃,the optimum pH value was 4.5 and the best inoculation quantity followed the rules (bacteria number as 2×107 cfu/mL in fermenting liquid after the inoculation). Temperature and inoculation quantity had great effects on the fermentation and pH value had fewer effects.
