【Abstract】 The growth characteristics of high-yield yeast strain Co-158 (produced by 60Co mutation) were studied. Its optimum growth conditions were concluded as follows: temperature at 36 ℃,pH value as 4.5,and the inoculation quantity was 2×107 cfu/mL.
