高产酵母菌Co-158生长特性研究

【摘要】 对经60Co诱变筛选得到的高产酒精酵母Co-158菌株生长特性进行研究,实验结果表明,适宜接种量为接种后发酵液的含菌数为2×107cfu/mL、菌株生长的适宜温度为36℃、适宜生长pH为4.5。温度和接种量对生长影响较大,而pH的影响较小。

【Abstract】 The growth characteristics of high-yield yeast strain Co-158 (produced by 60Co mutation) were studied. Its optimum growth conditions were concluded as follows: temperature at 36 ℃,pH value as 4.5,and the inoculation quantity was 2×107 cfu/mL. Temperature and inoculation quantity had great effects on its growth and pH value had less effects.
