【摘要】 通过混合3种不同牌号的环氧树脂获得了膜状的胶粘剂,以双氰胺为固化剂,配合改性的固化促进剂,再加入丁腈橡胶等其他添加剂进行中温固化,经优化确定最后的配比为m(E-44)∶m(E-20)∶m(F-44)∶m(改性丁腈-40)∶m(双酚A)∶m(改性双氰胺固化剂)∶m(改性固化促进剂)=55∶25∶20∶15∶12∶10∶5。得到的固化产物具有优异的综合性能,贮存期较同类产品长3个月。更多还原

【Abstract】 A epoxy film adhesive was acquired by blending three different model resin.It was cured at moderate temperature using modified dicyandiamide as curing agent,modified curing accelerator,nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR) and other additives.The optimized formula is E-44∶E-20∶F-44∶modified NBR-40∶disphenol A∶modified dicyandiamide∶modified curing accelerator= 55∶25∶20∶15∶12∶10∶5,by weight.The product has excellent curing properties,and its storage life is three months longer than that of similar products.更多还原
