HZSM-5型分子筛催化乙醇溶液脱水制备乙烯的工艺
Catalytic conversion of dilute aqueous ethanol into ethylene by HZSM-5 zeolite
【摘要】 以稀乙醇溶液为原料、自制分子筛HZSM-5为催化剂,催化脱水制备乙烯.考察了硅铝比、反应温度、质量空速及乙醇的质量浓度对该反应的影响,得到了较优化的反应工艺条件为:催化剂为HZSM-5(硅铝比30)分子筛,ρ(乙醇)为100~200 g/L,质量空速为2~6 h-1,反应温度为300℃.乙醇的转化率可达99%,乙烯的选择性达99%以上.
【Abstract】 The conversion of aqueous ethanol into ethylene was carried out by passing a mixture of ethanol and water vapors over HZSM-5 zeolite catalyst with a Si/Al molar ratio 30~120.The factors which influence the yield and distribution of the products such as the Si/Al molar ratio,the mass concentration of aqueous ethanol,weight hourly space velocity(WHSV) and reaction temperature were studied.HZSM-5(Si/Al molar ratio=30) zeolite was chosen as the optimal catalyst.After a series of experiments,the optimal dehydration conditions were determined as follows.The mass concentration of ethanol of 100 g/L to 200 g/L,WHSV of 2 h-1 to 6 h-1,the reaction temperature of 300 ℃.The conversion ratio of ethanol can reach 99%,and the selectivity of ethylene is more than 99% under the optimal dehydration conditions.
