搅拌剪切力强化纳滤脱盐精制活性蓝染料溶液

【摘要】 通过一系列实验,对某染料厂提供的活性蓝染料溶液在搅拌剪切力强化作用下进行了纳滤脱盐精制研究.实验结果表明,搅拌转速为300 r/m in时产生的剪切力能有效控制浓差极化和减缓膜污染.在操作压力1.0 MPa、温度25℃、搅拌转速300 r/m in的操作条件下进行了预浓缩-连续恒容渗滤-后浓缩组合过程操作.先将料液预浓缩1.33倍,经过连续恒容渗滤,染料纯度从71.4%提高至99%以上,最后将染料溶液浓缩2倍,以降低后续喷雾的能耗.在此基础上,进行了模拟计算,为工业化提供依据.

【Abstract】 The nanofiltration of reactive blue dye solution enhanced with stirring shear was investigated.The experimental results suggested that it was possible to control the concentration polarization and membrane fouling at a stirring rate of 300 r/min.Under operating pressure of 1.0 MPa,the temperature of 25 ℃ and a stirring velocity of 300(r/min~),the combined process of concentration and diafiltration could be realized,that is,the feed was first pre-concentrated to increase the concentration about 33 %,followed by continuous constant volume diafiltration of(29 h),the purity of reactive dye increased from 71.4 % to 99 %,then a double concentrated solution of dye was obtained by post-concentration.Base on the experimental results,the separation and purification were simulated to get the process parameters,and the results bears a prospect for its industrialization.
