一种腐熟促进剂配合微生物腐熟剂对鲜牛粪堆肥的效应研究

【摘要】 由于传统的堆肥方法存在体积大、发酵时间长、无害化程度和肥力低等缺点,使其在有机肥商品化生产上的利用受到明显限制。本文通过研究自主筛选的腐熟促进剂配合不同微生物堆肥腐熟剂对鲜牛粪堆肥的效应,探索有益微生物菌剂和腐熟促进剂在发酵过程中的作用,目的是加速堆肥进程使其资源化、无害化。结果表明,添加腐熟促进剂可以加速堆肥的发酵过程,提高堆肥产品的N含量。综合多个影响因子考虑,在鲜牛粪中添加该种堆肥腐熟促进剂,再接种微生物腐熟剂,有机物料升温快,腐熟好,既达到了高温堆肥的目的,又缩短了堆肥腐熟的时间,加快了鲜牛粪的无害化处理进程。本次试验还表明添加腐熟促进剂可显著降低重金属Cu、Zn的活性。

【Abstract】 The traditional composting method is obviously limited for commercial production of organic fertilizers,due to its requirement of large space,long duration of fermentation,with low degree of harmfulness-free and nutrient supply.An experiment was carried out to observe the effects of a composting promoter and different microorganism composting preparations on fresh cow dung compost,with objectives to study the function of adding materials for accelerating fermentation,through which harmfulness-free national resources should be achieved.The results showed that the time required for completing the fermentation ranged as follows:without any promoter>the chemical promoter>combination of the chemical and microorganism promoter>microorganism promoter.Total N concentrations for different treatments increased after the completion of compost.The concentrations of total P and K increased at all treatments after fermentation to different extent,with the highest in T3 and the lowest in T5.The addition of the chemical promoter decreased the concentration of available Cu and Zn.
