好氧颗粒污泥膜生物反应器与普通膜生物反应器处理模拟畜禽废水的比较

【摘要】 比较了好氧颗粒污泥膜生物反应器和普通活性污泥膜生物反应器在相同运行条件下对模拟畜禽废水的处理效果。结果表明,好氧颗粒污泥膜生物反应器具有更为稳定良好的出水水质。在HRT为8h,溶氧浓度DO为5~7mg·L-1,进水COD、NH4+-N平均浓度为630mg·L-1和34mg·L-1的条件下,其出水COD、NH4+-N平均浓度分别为46.6mg·L-1和4.8mg·L-1,低于普通活性污泥膜生物反应器(86.8mg·L-1和14.9mg·L-1)。好氧颗粒污泥膜生物反应器系统对COD、NH+4-N的平均去除率比普通活性污泥膜生物反应器系统分别高5.8%和28.8%。同时比较了两种反应系统在运行过程中膜通量的变化趋势,发现好氧颗粒污泥膜生物反应器膜通量的下降速度明显低于普通活性污泥膜生物反应器下降速度,好氧颗粒污泥膜生物反应器具有减缓膜污染的优势。

【Abstract】 An aerobic granular sludge membrane bioreactor and a general activated sludge membrane bioreactor were compared in parallel after treating simulated livestock farm wastewater for more than 150 days under similar operational conditions. Aerobic granular sludge membrane bioreactor demonstrated a more stable and excellent effluent quality than that of general activated sludge membrane bioreactor. Its effluent COD and NH-N concentration were 46.6 mg·L-1 and 4.8 mg·L-1 on average, much lower than those of general activated sludge membrane bioreactor (86.8 mg·L-1 and 14.9 mg·L-1) under the same conditions of HRT=8 h, DO=5~7 mg·L-1, the influent concentration of COD=630 mg·L-1 and the influent concentration of ammonia nitrogen=34 mg·L-1. Compared to the activated sludge membrane bioreactor, the aerobic granular sludge membrane bioreactor had better performance. It achieved higher removal efficiency than general activated sludge membrane bioreactor with 5.8% and 28.8% of COD and NH-N respectively. In addition, the membrane flux of two different membrane bioreactors was compared. The flux reduction of aerobic granular sludge membrane bioreactor was much lower than that of general activated sludge membrane bioreactor. The introduction of aerobic granules into the membrane bioreactor system was beneficial to controlling membrane fouling. The aerobic granular sludge membrane bioreactor, which was more effective and stable on treating simulated livestock farm wastewater than general activated sludge membrane bioreactor, deserved more attention and deep investigation in the future.
