多环芳烃在水稻茎中的分配与影响因素
Partition of PAHs in Rice Shoots and the Influencing Factors
【摘要】 按照水稻茎着生的不同环境对稻茎样品进行了分离,得到土中茎、水中茎和气中茎3部分样品,对各稻茎的多环芳烃含量与脂含量、表面积等参数以及与各环境介质的关系作了分析。结果表明,各介质中生长的稻茎中多环芳烃含量和分布差别不大,15种多环芳烃浓度总和平均都在20~25ng·g-1之间;脂含量和表面积对稻茎内多环芳烃含量的影响都不显著;各稻茎中的多环芳烃不仅受其生长环境的影响,也与其他环境介质中的化合物发生联系和交换。空气气相和水中的化合物对各部分稻茎内的化合物都有较大影响,而空气颗粒相和土壤中的化合物对各稻茎中化合物的影响都不大。
【Abstract】 Rice shoots during elongation stage were sampled and separated into 3 parts according to the environment of shoots located,air,water and soil,and thus three types of rice shoot samples were obtained.A total of 15 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in the samples were determined using GC/MS after a series of process including frozen-dry,accelerated solvent extraction and column cleanup.PAHs concentration and distribution in all the rice shoots were analyzed and the relations with environmental media were discussed.PAH contents among the shoot samples showed a little difference,with averaged concentration of PAH15(total concentration of the 15 PAH compounds)around 20~25 ng·g-1 dry weight.The lipid content and specific surface area had no on significant effect on PAHs in rice shoots,probably because the PAH partition within shoots may not yet reach equilibrium,or the measured values of the two factors did not necessarily represent their actual values.The content of PAHs in the local environment was in the lower level compared to some reference area.The correlation coefficients(r)between the biological concentration factors(BCF)and KOA,KOW,KOC for PAH compounds in rice shoots and in the environment were calculated.PAHs in rice shoots were not only influenced directly by the environment of rice growing but also indirectly influenced by the other environmental media.Gas phase and water soluble PAHs had greater contribution on PAHs in rice shoot than particle-bound PAHs did.
