肌红蛋白与药物作用的荧光光谱及同步荧光光谱研究——以盐酸洛美利嗪为例
Interaction between Myoglobin and Medicine Shown by Fluorescence Spectra and Syhchronous Fluorescence Spectra:a Case Study of Lomerizine Hydrochloride
【摘要】 以荧光光谱法和同步荧光光谱法研究肌红蛋白与药物盐酸洛美利嗪在水溶液中的相互作用,结果显示随着体系中盐酸洛美利嗪的增多,它们的相互作用增强,为阐明药物特别是脑血管扩张药与蛋白质作用提供了理论依据.
【Abstract】 The interaction between Myoglobin and Lomerizine Hydrochloride in aqueous solution was studied by using fluorescence spectra and synchronous fluorescence spectra.The result indicated that the interaction between Myoglobin and Lomerizine Hydrochloride strengthened with the increase of Lomerizine Hydrochloride.This work provided a theoretical basis for the interaction between medicines and protein.
