一种环型行波超声波电机驱动电路的设计
Design of Driving a Ring-type Traveling-wave Ultrasonic Motor
【摘要】 文章介绍了一种两相行波超声波电机的典型驱动控制电路,以定子直径为60mm的环型行波超声波电机(RTWUSM)为例,通过分别设计振荡器、移相和功放三大电路,实现了RTWUSM60的正、反转控制、调频调速等功能.该电路具有简单、易实现、易维护等特点,被广泛应用于两相RTWUSM的试验和产品中.
【Abstract】 A typical driving and controlling circuit for ultrasonic motor has been established in this paper. Based on the ring-type traveling-wave ultrasonic motor with the diameter of the stator 60mm, three circuits of the oscillator, the phase shifter and the energy amplification were respectively designed to realize positive and reversible revolution, frequency modulation and so on. The driving and controlling circuit is easy to make, operate and maintain and can be widely used in driving the two-phase RTWUSM.
