【摘要】 报道2000年1月-2005年12月收治的28例成人Still病患者的临床特点及护理。针对Still患者的临床特点及不同的护理问题,积极实施有效的护理对策:对28例突发性持续性高热患者在给予常规基础护理的同时选用消炎痛栓直肠给药,改变服用糖皮质激素的时间;对22例皮疹患者,指导其采取遮阳措施,避免阳光直射皮肤,注意及时修剪指甲,防止抓破皮肤,导致感染;对20例关节炎和肌肉痛者给予40℃温水热敷,配合肌肉按摩,红外线理疗;对9例未遵医嘱服药的患者加强用药护理,向患者说明药物的作用、用法及不良反应;对24例期待性焦虑患者讲解本病的特点及治疗方法,解除患者顾虑,同时教会患者及家属缓解焦虑的方法,如听音乐,放松训练等。所有患者经有针对性的护理后,症状缓解。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper reported clinical features of 28 patients with Adult-onset Still’s Disease(AOSD) and nursing countermeasures from Jan.2000.to Dec.2005.According to the clinical features of AOSD patients and different nursing problems,positive and effective nursing countermeasures were implemented.These countermeasures included: 28 patients with continuous high fever were given rectal medication of indomethacin on basis of normal nursing;22 patients with tetter were given the guidance which told them to shelter from sunlight,pay attention to protect skin by cutting nails so as to prevent infection;20 patients with arthritis and muscle pain were treated by fomentation of 40℃ warm water as well as massage and infrared physical therapy;9 patients who did not follow doctor’s advice were given strengthened medicine nursing and were told about the usage,using and adverse reaction of the medicine;24 patients with anxiety in anticipation relaxed when they were informed the features and therapy of disease and methods of relaxation,including listening to music and relaxation practice.After receiving pertinent nursing,all patients became better.更多还原
