【摘要】 目的探讨经尿道前列腺切除术患者临床护理路径的应用效果。方法采用历史性对照方法,将患者分为对照组和临床路径组,每组各100例,对照组采用常规护理方法,临床路径组按照临床路径方式实行规范化管理。观察两组患者的住院时间、医疗费用、患者健康知识掌握情况、患者满意度等指标,并进行比较。结果临床路径组患者与对照组比较,住院时间、术后禁食时间、术后卧床时间、留置尿管时间、膀胱冲洗时间、抗生素使用时间明显缩短,医疗费用明显减少,患者健康知识掌握情况、患者满意度明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论临床路径是一种适合经尿道前列腺切除术患者的护理模式,它促进了患者康复,规范了医疗护理行为,提高了医院的社会和经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of clinical pathway for transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP).Methods Patients were divided into control group and clinical pathway group according to history contrast method,with each group having 100.Patients in control group were nursed by traditional nursing method while those in clinical pathway group by standardized management of clinical pathway.Hospitalization time,medical expenditure,patients’ knowledge on health and their satisfactory rate were observed and compared.Results Compared with those in control group,patients in clinical pathway group had shorter time of hospitalization,time of lying on bed,time of urine tube,time of rinsing the bladder,time of using antibiotic and less medical expenditure.Their satisfactory rate was also improved and their knowledge on health was enhanced.All these showed statistic significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Clinical pathway is a suitable nursing mode for patients undergoing TURP which can promote their recovery,standardize the medical nursing and improve the economic and social interests of hospital.更多还原
