【摘要】 目的探讨临床护理路径(CNP)对老年眼科病人自我护理能力的影响。方法对102例眼科住院病人按就诊时间分为临床护理路径组(CNP组)和对照组。CNP组依据病人不同的疾病和住院不同时段制定个性化的护理路径并实施护理,对照组给予常规护理。结果CNP组病人正确滴眼药、按时用药、正确卧位、配合结膜囊冲洗、术前准备配合和护理满意度等方面均优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论CNP护理模式可明显提高老年病人自我护理能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP) to improve the self-care ability of aged ophthalmic patients.Methods 102 aged ophthalmic in-patients,divided into CNP group and control group randomly,were cared with different nursing methods and then observed for comparisons.Results The CNP group was better than control group in the correct instillation,medicine-taking on time,lying position,cooperation in conjunctive sac irrigation,pre-operative preparation and satisfaction degree with care(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion CNP nursing mode may improve the self-care ability of aged ophthalmic patients.更多还原
