【Abstract】 Chengde city is rich in water energy resources, and provided with advantaged natural and historic culture. As the rear garden of Beijing and Tianjin metropolis, it is a region with a rapid economic growth, so the water energy resources development significantly affects economy, politics, ecology and society. The paper based on the comparatively slow status of water energy resources development in Chengde, analyzes the restrictions and puts forward the measures concerned to promote the sustainable development.更多还原
