【Abstract】 The paper based on the environmental impact investigation of hydropower projects, water, air and noise environmental quality investigation as well as relocates arrangement investigation concentrates on analyzing the fulfillment of environmental protection measures under construction and environmental resumption after operation. Linking with the EIA and the public involvement in the investigation and the change of the environmental quality before and after the construction, the paper fixes on the technical points used to program the investigation report on the check and acceptance of the environment protection by hydropower projects completion, and provides with a certain reference for the regularization and normalization of programming such a report.更多还原
