构建和谐农村水电 重在协调利益关系
To Establish the Harmonious Rural Hydropower, Harmonizing Interest Relationships is the Most Important Thing
【摘要】 加快新农村建设是实现和谐社会的根本,推进和谐农村水电影响深远。本文介绍了张家口市水务局在农村水电开发进程中,在协调水电前期、水电建设、水电管理中不同载体的多种利益关系方面的一些有益做法。
【Abstract】 Expediting the building work of new countryside is the fundament to achieve the harmonious society. Promoting the harmonious rural hydropower has a far-reaching effect. This article makes a presentation on some available measures of harmonizing the various interests relationships among initial work of hydropower, hydropower project construction and management of hydropower project in the process of developing rural hydropower in Bureau of Zhang Jiakou water affairs.
