【Abstract】 The rapid development of biotechnology accelerates modification of tree in molecular level.It is expected to have enormous benefits both for economy and ecology.This article presents an overview of the progress in genetic transformation of pear in the past twenty years.Particular attention is paid to the target genes,the explants,the methods for detecting transformants and the factors affecting pear transformation.The remaining problems were summarized and the key points for further research were suggested as well.更多还原
