【摘要】 介绍了淀粉的结构以及次氯酸钠、高锰酸钾和双氧水氧化淀粉的机理。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the structure of the starch and the mechanism of the starch which was oxidized by NaClO,KMnO4 or H2O2.
